By "ground" you mean solely depending on science to answer the question. It's self-refuting and circular.

Mankind's intelligence walks hand in hand with it's stupidity. Being an atheist says nothing about your overall intelligence, it just means you don't believe in god. Atheists can be as bright as any scientist and as stupid as any creationist. You never really know just how stupid someone is, until you've argued with them. RE: I can feel your anger

Feel welcome to retort or let me in on the joke. I'd be surprised if you can as it tends to be those of a certain belief set who can rationalise it (for what they deem to be suitable level) or find it funny.
Atheists tend to be like theists in how they approach any opposition, as they're both lucky enough to hold the 'truth'. That is what defines you as an atheist or a theist. As theist/atheist is a true dichotomy, you must by logical necessity be one or the other. Trying to shirk this off is... silly. My conclusion is that there is no reason to believe any of the dogmas of traditional theology and, further, that there is no reason to wish that they were true.

Yes, which means you are an agnostic theist.
