Evolution, the Bible, and the 3.5 Million Dollar Violin - my article

It does however disprove the biblical version of events.

It would perhaps disprove the idea that the bible is without error… even though evolution can look suspiciously like God molding something from the dust of the earth (imagine high speed video of evolution).

Children, if allowed, will also stop and spend an inordinate amount of time watching turtles fuck.

There are more important things in life than believing in evolution. Perhaps toleration of differing views is one.

You DO know that this is an atheist forum, right?

I am debating people with logic and reason and you spend much more of your energy mocking and insulting me rather than actually answering me. I suspect it is because you cannot.

Evolution does not require your god's permission to do what it does. You have still done nothing more than assert that your god exists.

I believe I have given a plausible reason as to why the Christian God is not incompatible with evolution. That seems quite significant to me.

Evolution does not need your god to do what it does. As a matter of fact, it was doing it for millions of years before your god was invented by humans who had evolved just fine without him.

Does evolution disprove cinderella? Why don't you toilet your bible and go in search of the holy foot that fits the divine shoe?

It doesn't take evolution to disprove god. It only takes a review of how your "god" came to be asociated with the various traits you various christians, Muslims and Jews associate him with to show just what a crock of intellectually whoreish and morally rotten shit your god and the entire rotting ediface around your god is.

No one ever claimed cinderella was incompatible with evolution, but they did about God. And I don't understand how people having contradictory views about God disproves God. People have contradictory views about medicine, but does that doesn't disprove medicine.

Please show that God was invented by humans and that God not being necessary for evolution disproves God or God predestining the right mutations to come about so that creatures that he wanted came about.

No one believes in evolution. You either understand it and accept it, or you believe in some made up, ridiculous, unfounded bullshit. Tolerating differing views is important, but I'm not going to tolerate someone misrepresenting the widely accepted fact of how we came into existence, as if some other viewpoint were even remotely valid.

I read your blog post. Really, really... fantastic, if you're someone who is just as special as you, dear. I personally found it hilarious, though I know it wasn't intended as a comedic piece. That's my opinion.

Please, please stop quoting your OP. It's dumb.

I am sorry you disagree with me, but that is really no reason to insult me. (not that I am bothered, I would just like a more peaceful world) Perhaps if my post was so hilariously comedic you wouldn't have much trouble pointing out its blatantly obvious childish flaws. Please do so.

LOL I think it would be a gross waste of time. I don't believe I'm getting another life after this one, so my time is very valuable. I've already wasted enough time reading it. I couldn't do it anyway without insulting you, honestly. And by "insult", of course, I mean criticize and disagree with you. What good would it do? You should ask jesus what he thinks. Let us know what he has to say. Have a bitchin' weekend.

I am perfectly happy with people who disagree with me. But, I don't understand how this is not an insult, "I read your blog post. Really, really... fantastic, if you're someone who is just as special as you, dear. I personally found it hilarious, though I know it wasn't intended as a comedic piece."

Regardless, I don't care. I believe I am blessed if I am insulted, please, bring it on.

The battle is here and you are running away.

Yet, you still have no anwer to the fact that children will watch turtles fuck. Your prudish anser would be something along the lines of 'they're just wrestling'. How very noble. What age exactly will you tell them that it's acceptable to do what turtles do? When they're married? What if your inquisitive kid asks "were the turtle married"?

Then what do you have? oooh ooooh...nothing.

Well this is about as forward as I've ever seen the classic Christian passive aggressiveness.
You really believe in a man who has helped to save the world twice, with the power to change his physical appearance? An alien who travels though time and space--in a police box?!? [Image: TARDIS.gif]

Honestly I don't see your point.
