You may believe it's just faith, and I understand why, because Christianity in your view is to restrictive, so just faith is a way to deny the reality of God. When one truly lives for God in a relationship with Him, one will come to see that what you would call coincidence is actually reality. Coincidence is something that might happen once in awhile. When many of your so called coincidences happen, then it no longer can be a coincidence, luck runs out and reality comes to light. Experiencing God is the only way to be able to know God is real. Faith leads to reality when lived to learn truth.

I have to ask....did you even read post #43? or do you keep ignoring everything that completely invalidates your argument?

You actually are crazy.
You are currently experiencing a lucky and very brief window of awareness, sandwiched in between two periods of timeless and utter nothingness. So why not make the most of it, and stop wasting your life away trying to convince other people that there is something else? The reality is obvious.

Err...no. Are you praying that I will die? Even if I did, how would you know it wasn't coincidence? Ok, if you die in a car accident either: 1. God abandoned one of his most ardent supporters, or
2. There is no god.

You use just faith to deny the reality of no god...we can do this all day.

Fixed.

Luck doesn't run out. Explain this
Also, coincidences are purely decided by you. What may be a coincidence to you is meaningless to everyone else witnessing it. Coincidences are actually not very rare. http://www.psychologytoday.com/articles/...oincidence

If you believe hard enough, you can, indeed, convince yourself of anything.

If we rejected the christian bible as truth even though it is the only literal text of god wouldn't that imply that the other religions and gods are wrong also? Or are you saying that we can dismiss christian religion but not others for they may be right?

See? This is why he nailed your nature before you even responded...
The Bible doesn't claim to be the "litteral text of god", now does it? I'm sure evilbible.com makes that claim though. Is that where you get your opinions from?

Nope, in fact most people hate on me because I love to use my own critical thinking instead of searching for somebody else's opinion on the internet like most here probably do.

Sorry I said literal, I meant to say it is either the word of god or not. Yes or no, there are no loopholes with me. If you try to explain how the bible isn't really the true words of god (contrary to the religion) then you yourself know the religion is a sham and its simply a book with a beautiful story.

Yes I find beauty in the bible but I don't change who I am, if I were to suddenly change my whole life and structure it around that book, I hope somebody shoot's me because that is not who I am.

Yeah I get the stories... but their stories... and not all of them are good/beautiful.

Said this myself a few times. It's either the word of god or it isn't. If it is how do you know it is, because men wrote it? If it isn't, then you have no basis for your faith in god.

You both leave out the possibility that it could have been the "word of god" that has been corrupted by man.???

Well, since you're introducing the idea of corruption yourself...it's going to be difficult establishing what the "legitimate word" is from that point forward...thats ignoring that the "corruption by man" bit might be the very foundation of the claim itself...god. IOW, you aren't defending the text, you're eroding it's credibility (and that seems counterproductive, because the text is all there is to begin with).

You have yet to provide one shred of evidence that your bullshit god exists. Once you do this you have the further obligation in proving the Bible is his/her special book and everything that goes with it.

Why is your god still hiding?

My "god" is hiding just as much as your answer to the cause of the big bang and life itself...

It's easy to establish the "legitimate word" if you have the tools to do so. Read the Bible, it even tells you what those "tools" are...

The text is not all there is... Maybe in your opinion that's all there is.

So let me get this straight, because we don't yet know how the big bang was set off and haven't proven abiogenesis, you don't need to provide evidence for god and we should just take your word for it? Those theories are only missing a few pieces; yours doesn't even have a few pieces.
