Again, if Vinnie wants to assign a probability to the universe by assuming that it doesn't exist, then he'll have to come to terms with losing the evidence that would lend credibility to his assertions.
If, however, he'd like to reference the universe as we know it to exist, he'll have to come to terms with the fact that odds and probability have lost their impact.
We're not starting from two different points, Vinny is simply incapable of reaching the conclusion he desires from either point. That's why we've seen him claim, for example, that the universe is improbable, without seeing him offer up any calculations, or how he came to determine them. Why he refuses to calculate the probability of his last response. It's more important to assert then move on. Standard operating procedure.
