GARY — A 13-year-old boy was shot and killed Friday evening in Gary by a neighbor who was upset about his house being burglarized and became enraged when the teen laughed at him, according to police.

Now it seems that the burglary is the least of the shooter's problems.

Dang that pisses me off. Mixing guns and alcohol is unpardonable IMO.
I'd love to have a class X felony law for gun possession under the influence, where touching a gun with alcohol on you breath puts you away, other drugs included of course..

I can understand this stance. Given the problems that Takata is having with a couple of deaths resulting from the millions of airbags they built between 2000 and 2004, I can't imagine the amount of drool the ambulance chasers are dripping over these guns. To be honest, I don't remember if your "REASON" has fired six shots or only five without blowing your hand off. You've got to ask yourself one question: 'Do I feel lucky?' Well do ya, punk?
