I understand the OP's sentiment but I do believe that it contains many unreasonable assumptions.

Please don't misquote me, I said that jesus was silent on the issue of homosexuality, not the bible. And don't use Leviticus to condemn homosexuality unless you want your head handed to you on a platter. If you're not supposed to ride faster than your guardian angel can fly then mine had better get a bloody SR-71. RE: Religion and LGBT people

God destroys Sodom in Genesis, we aren't told specifically why (at least not until Ezekiel 16:49 and it has nothing to do with sexuality). We don't find out anywhere in Genesis that homosexuality is a sin, and in Exodus God doesn't give a commandment to Moses prohibiting it. It's not until Leviticus that God declares it sinful. So it certainly wouldn't seem to be the most important sin, but that said, it is still a sin, and it is made clear in the Bible. And with that, you gave him a hint about that which I was hoping he'd bring up... Oh well, he may still attempt to cite S&G. lol .
Luke 17:34 King James Version (KJV)
34 I tell you, in that night there shall be two men in one bed; the one shall be taken, and the other shall be left. So who gets raptured? The top or the bottom? lol Which brings me to a hypothetical question: If two gay guys die at the same time while having sex, who goes to heaven first, the guy on the top, or the guy on the bottom??? .
Ah, nice. Yet another error for the AV, lol. Just checked my interlinear to be sure. The word rendered as "bed" in the most literal sense means "couch", though in this context it probably means bed. With that said, "men" isn't in the Greek so the two that are upon the bed/couch are either a man and his wife, or are two people on a couch eating/drinking in the evening, the context could refer to either.

The WIN/Gallup End of Year Survey 2013 found the US was perceived to be the greatest threat to world peace by a huge margin, with 24% of respondents fearful of the US followed by: 8% for Pakistan, and 6% for China. This was followed by 5% each for: Afghanistan, Iran, Israel, North Korea. -LINK "That's disgusting. There were clean athletes out there that have had their whole careers ruined by people like Lance Armstrong who just bended thoughts to fit their circumstances. He didn't look up cheating because he wanted to stop, he wanted to justify what he was doing and to keep that continuing on." - Nicole Cooke
C'mon man, you're too knowledgeable and keep destroying my fun...

I replied with a link from a christian site and all you could do is rant on about how they're not your fellow christians and not once do you actually address the link itself. As I said, not much of a refutation, just a childish tantrum.
