Not entirely sure. I don't really notice when I start thinking about it. If I were to hazard a guess...well, whenever it is brought up to begin with, of course. When it hasn't been brought up, I usually am more curious about others who might feel the same way as me, to determine where they come from, to see if my circumstances are similar, or how wildly different they are, and everything in between. Ultimately I find myself grinding my teeth in irritation every time I have to see some gaudily-designed church...but I don't think so much about god in those cases, I just think of how much I scorn the organizations involved with the symbols or the structures.
I guess I don't actually think about god all that much. My attention is more focused on the people who irrationally believe in him.

Rarely. Mainly when I come on here in fact.
In normal life, it just doesn't cross my mind at all unless someone mentions religion and triggers it.
You are currently experiencing a lucky and very brief window of awareness, sandwiched in between two periods of timeless and utter nothingness. So why not make the most of it, and stop wasting your life away trying to convince other people that there is something else? The reality is obvious.

I don't think about the existence or nonexistence of a god very often. Normally, religion doesn't cross my mine unless I have to deal with someone professing his/her religious views and love for the lord.
Otherwise, I am pretty much at peace and no debate at all in my mind. I don't give it a second thought.

I'm regularly forced to. My entire family are dedicated Christians, my wife's family are less extreme about it, but believe none-the-less. When I'm alone I don't really think about God at all as I don't believe non-existence is something that requires reflection. However, in the face of someone who, despite having the same information at their disposal that I do, and yet still believes there Christian God is real, it's bound to cross my mind.

Rarely. About as often as I think of Harry Potter or MacGyver. 
When I was young, there was a god with infinite power protecting me. Is there anyone else who felt that way? And was sure about it? but the first time I fell in love, I was thrown down - or maybe I broke free - and I bade farewell to God and became human. Well, I guess I'm the odd man out here, because I think about it nearly every day. I constantly examine what I believe in, because I don't want to become someone that comes to a conclusion and simply accepts it without questioning whether it is the correct conclusion.

I don't tend to think about it unless I'm actively talking about it (such as in debate or when something "godly" annoys me, haha). However, I was pretty much the same way as a theist.

My main interests are comparative religion along with what people believe and why. I'm also into Jungian psychology and follow what I can where neuroscience is concerned. This means that I think about deities a lot and have come to the conclusion that they exist as subjective experiences.
I haven't had a subjective experience involving the monotheistic deity of Judaism, Christianity and Islam but I did meet the Greek god, Apollo in a dream. I don't believe that Apollo has an objective reality, though.
