When do we cross the line from 'animal' to 'person?'

RE: When do we cross the line from 'animal' to 'person?'
Perhaps they simply haven't been given that opportunity...lol.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

A non-intelligent evolution is impossilbe

Simple proof that you know fuck all about evolution or natural selection.

Thanks for the laugh.
I can prove that as well
Only if you are intellectual enough!

It is not our intelligence that is in question.

You forgot:

"Humans are the only species capable of oversimplifying and thus dismissing the merits of another species."

Guess that makes us pretty special alright.

Bring a single other species that was able to develop something (habit) over history
You won't be able to find but very simple try and error simple behaviors

Humans like other animals have their own characteristics some of which are unique to them. That doesn't make them any less animal. All animals develop over time. That's what natural selection is all about. You would be surprised how much you rely on instinct and emotion for your motivation, just like other mammals.

Yours is an anthropomorphic point of view. There are plenty of other creatures that alter their environment to one more consistent with their needs.
