But that Bible also gives the father the ability to sell that very daughter into slavery for several years, and make income from her, now that she has no hymen, and has little value in that area. How is selling her into slavery, an option that God provides for increasing one's income, taking care of her? Read the texts carefully and see what her life will be like. (Lev. 19:20-22) - If she is not betrothed, she is his sex toy. If she is engaged, then he can still take her and provide a ram offering to pay for his pleasure. And he owns all the cubs that come from her. If she wants to be free, she leaves her children behind, or be a slave fore life.
Does that God, which values her hymen more than her freedom or happiness, sound moral?
