Whether or not it's a human would also be a weak argument -against- abortion. Human lives are terminated, it's not illegal just because they're human.

Oh, gosh, not this again. No one is disputing the fact that a human fetus is a human. Yet again, you just love to confuse being human with personhood. A fetus simply does not have personhood. That is a fact. You can dispute it till you are blue in the face, but it will not change the simple fact that you are merely playing semantics.
And to keep to the abortion topic of this thread: if you are against abortion, don't have one.

People die around the world, and most people focus on their own lives.
I don't think it's the same as murder, because it doesn't have the intention of murder, like suicide doesn't have the intention of murder, but if you logically do think about, it is.
I will give an example. If we found a way to bring back people to life after they die, but they must be dead for 1 hour (arbitrary time, it's just a philosophical example) while the operation to bring them back to life occurs, would it be ok for us not to bring them back to life, when we can, although they would only live another 30-50 years. This is like some future star trek technology.
Well, they are dead right. So they have no rights, right?
This is just a philosophical example, to put in perspective, you shouldn't stop something from living...be it alive or not.
Of course, then people get into pills and contraceptives, and there needs to be a balance of thought here. There is a huge difference when something is practically on it's way to life, is almost there, and you put a stop to it. In the same way, the example I put, you are reviving a life...but not killing a life already alive. So what makes it wrong if we have the means to support them, to not revive them (in like a star trek technology world?).

Malice aforethought. They use that to distinguish between different types of unlawful killings. It has been relaxed substantially though.
