As far as this story, I've read it elsewhere, and I've come to the conclusion that the son was gay, and his homophobic father drove him to suicide. This kind of preachy shit in his twitter followed by megalomaniacal ego-stroking gives it away clear as day. Too bad cynics give skepticism a bad name Total BS guys. There are lots of things wrong with Warren, and two of them are that he loves gays and Muslims. He certainly doesn't stand for intolerance.
Unless he knows something we don't, he shouldn't be pointing the blame in the direction of the person who sold his son the gun.

Creed do your homework on the guy first. He says a lot of things - he spews a lot of BS and some of it he says but doesn't mean, and some of it he says simply as a "matter of his faith". What you just said about his love for Muslims is totally incorrect - he loves Muslims and wants to engage in "interfaith projects". Moreover see his comments on Syria, which he later pulled the video from the web and claimed that it doesn't exist - yet here it is:

I read your links. OK I get it. He agreed not to try to evangelize Muslims so he is simply lying, and you somehow know that.
Also if he says he loves them merely as fellow humans he's a liar as well. Correct?
So then he is really trying to convert them by pretending to love them even though he says there is no common ground, and he has agreed not to convert them.
Your gifts of human motive discernment exceed mine apparently.

All these fuckers going out 'fast and easy'... I swear, it's like we've bred an entire fucking culture of instant gratification.
If I'm committing suicide, I'm going to do it fucking right. Poison first, cut the arteries on my legs and arms, eat a few sour gummy worms because I'm awesome, gash the throat, and with the last of my nervous system and energy: impale the fucking heart.
And I'll have done them a favor, since I dug my own grave first. I'm just that good.
