Ugh, the annoying thing is that the priest is just so factually incorrect. Hitler did the Holocaust in the name of Atheism? That guy should be punched in the face. Then he says that he is right because Dawkins isn't a historian. I guess you need no brains or logic to become a priest.

Immediately after WWII the chief rabbi of Rome converted to Catholicism as a consequence of what the Pope had done to save Jews during the war.

If you read Acts you can find the attempted extermination, genocide in the common, modern usage, of the Christians.

The rule is always, NEVER start a fight you can't finish.

I am not intending to defend any part of Acts as authentic. Rather there is no point to invent this story in the first place were there not some animosity in the beginning. There is no reason to invent a non-existent conflict without a moral to it like AND WE WON. It is clearly not a just so story about Paul.

As for the killing and the dying it is again self-centered whining over trivia. Obviously to us atheists it is at most amusing what people do to each other over religion and we have no sympathy for the losers just because they were on the losing side. After all there is no sympathy for the exterminated Druids and Odinites nor should it be any different.

Next, by body count, the wars Christian wars of Catholics against Protestants killed many, many more. So also did the centuries of wars between Christians and Muslims. At least in a percentagewise sense if not in an absolute sense. Then there was the Christian war against the devil in the form of his minion witches.

And all those centuries when Muslim countries never had any pogroms against Jews the Jews did not go to those countries but stayed among Christians to be pogromized. However bad it was in Europe it must have been the preferred place to be for some reason.

I have no sympathy for those who chose to war over Protestant and Catholic any more than for Jews against either or both. AND the mutual hate, the spitting when passing churches, and other overt and covert signs of hatred were clearly not designed to make peace. And as simply converting would have ended it all screw them for their own stupidity.

They were stupid. Their ancestors were stupid. And today the keep million of non-Jews under a totalitarian, jewish, military dictatorship while stealing their land and water and enjoying making life miserable for those millions.
