Morroco? Djibouti? Muslim African states are of the safest and I should know because I have been to African Muslim States. Now that they got rid of their police states hopefully it'll be even better. It's not like Congo or Botswana or -God forbid- Libera or Sierra Leone. There's a reason why refuges come from the South to the North and NOT the other way around.
