As to the cash injected into africa by your church - the secular world shits on that contribution with plenty left over to spare (to shit on the contributions of all the other churches that might lay an even greater claim than your own).
Can you really be that dense, God works through His church, what the church does in helping in Africa is a direct action of God through His church. We do not use your tax dollars to help those across the world, other charities receive money from the government.
"God working through his church," is a main contributing factor to the persecution of gays in many African countries. In Uganda, for instance, if convicted of being homosexual, a person can be executed. The rise of evangelical missionary groups is directly responsible for this. So, please, do go on about how much good missionary groups do for Africans.

And just to add the hubris needed to go to an area where people practice their traditional beliefs, often including some form of ancestor worship, and telling them, "Nope! You're entire culture is wrong! All those revered ancestors are burning in hell because they didn't accept Christ." Talk about fucking up a society. Doing good my ass.

Here is an interesting fact. These are the laws to marry in my state.
Parental consent is needed if under 21 years of age. If parents or guardians do not give consent at time of application, they will be notified via certified mail. The marriage application will be held for three (3) days. Marriage licenses cannot be issued to males under 17, or females under 15 years of age. If the clerk receives a signed authorization from the parents, this minimum age requirement can be waived.
I knew a girl who get prego at 13 by her 25 year old bf. She married him after turning 14. Her parents "loved him." That is gross. She was in middle school. ugh..
