A tribute to two of my favorite posters

A tribute to two of my favorite posters
I wanted to draw them, because I think that they are brilliant in their own distinct way. This is how I see them in my head here on the forums, not how they necessarily look IRL. Can you guess who? Big Grin

Thank you for your putting your thoughts here, never stop posting! Heart
When I was young, there was a god with infinite power protecting me. Is there anyone else who felt that way? And was sure about it? but the first time I fell in love, I was thrown down - or maybe I broke free - and I bade farewell to God and became human. Now I don't have God's protection, and I walk on the ground without wings, but I don't regret this hardship. I want to live as a person. -Arina Tanemura

Very nice artwork, very accomplished - and you captured my smile and my frock perfectly!
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

Is that a brown bug in Summer's hair? I thought so... but maybe it's dirt. Why's she wearing such fancy clothes anyway? That ain't no way to get dirty.

What, to look pretty?!

I notice that the other one is Gilgamesh... looking pretty good, but if that's lifting: I'll just not bother.

I like how the one on the left is tensed and ready to strike. To just leap on some motherfucker and snap his neck in one clean motion.

Or am I reading it wrong? >.<
"Well, evolution is a theory. It is also a fact. And facts and theories are different things, not rungs in a hierarchy of increasing certainty. Facts are the world's data. Theories are structures of ideas that explain and interpret facts. Facts don't go away when scientists debate rival theories to explain them. Einstein's theory of gravitation replaced Newton's in this century, but apples didn't suspend themselves in midair, pending the outcome. And humans evolved from ape- like ancestors whether they did so by Darwin's proposed mechanism or by some other yet to be discovered."

I'm terrible at guessing games and feel offended that you're playing favorites. I should be everyone's favorite poster. Because I'm awesome and not a narcissist. (I'm just jealous because I don't have a drawing of me looking like a beautiful lady)

I'm guessing that the one on the right is Summer and the other one is either apophenia (most likely) or Kichi.

Whoever they are, lovely drawings.

Aww Rayaan, thank you for the complement.

I think it is SummerQueen on the right and Violet Lily on the left.

Envious of your ability Kayenneh Big Grin

Yeah, it's definitely Lilly on the left, but only Rayaan got the other one right, it's of course the poised and sophisticated Apo! Smile

But now I want to draw Kichi and Summer too Big Grin

I don't look evil enough to be me... where is the evil beard? The evil lobster mustache! THE EVIL PISTACHIOS!? Panic

Ahh, how I wish you'd have drawn by bust larger. That statue's head isn't big enough!
