It gets all the posts which you have subscribed to.... unless you changed it, all posts where you reply get automatically subscribed. If anyone posts there, you'll see it with an arrow like this: . Click on the arrow and you are transported to the first new post on the thread. I know it doesn't tell you if the new post is a reply to yours... but it's the best we got... I think.
Tapatalk has this feature.
