Homophones are words that sound alike. I think you mean synonyms. Even so, ethnicity means something different from race.

Or is it homonyms? Words that may or may not spell the same, they definitely sound the same, but mean different things.

I may have to change it to ethnicity though. I rather learn about people's gene pool than their visual descriptions.

Example: Fat white guy masturbating on chatroulette.

You know what happened? I put too much emphasis on the ethic part of ethnic and confused place of origin with appearance.

All right, to the best of my memory, my ancestors were Belgian, Swedish, German (mostly Prussian), and a little bit of the blood of King Duncan (the king what got killed in Macbeth.)

With regards to race, As far as my family tree's been able to see, it's honkies all the way down.
