could be a reference to three sheets to the wind or fubar?
"There ought to be a term that would designate those who actually follow the teachings of Jesus, since the word 'Christian' has been largely divorced from those teachings, and so polluted by fundamentalists that it has come to connote their polar opposite: intolerance, vindictive hatred, and bigotry." -- Philip Stater, Huffington Post

I took it as you need to be at least three years old to get stoned.

Which is a logical fallacy, you can't prove a negative.

The fallacy of The Argument From Personal Incredulity in other words, it's not an entertaining answer, no - but it's honestly the technically worst argument I've heard I think. Because I think any arguments considered worse than this are probably just sub-categories of it.

You're right to say this argument (a reduction to the absurd argument) cannot conclusively disprove god, but it is a compelling argument all the same (if it's made properly). Plus, reduction to the absurd arguments are great fun. Take this example (pretty common one, but perhaps you haven't ran into it):

Definition of Christianity:

The belief that a cosmic Jewish zombie who was his own father can make you live forever if you symbolically eat his flesh and telepathically tell him you accept him as your master, so he can remove an evil force from your soul that is present in humanity because a rib-woman was convinced by a talking snake to eat from a magical tree...

Oh, the old maxim we can't prove a negative isn't true in all cases.

Wow.

My wife just told me it's age 5. I still can't believe that! WTF!?

"Children under 5 must not be given alcohol unless under medical supervision or in an emergency (Children and Young Persons Act 1933, Children and Young Persons (Scotland) Act 1937).[52][53] However, children aged 5 and over may legally consume alcohol in their own or someone else's home as long as they are under the supervision of an adult, but Social Services are intolerant of this occurring with children under the age of 14."

I think it stems from parents giving their children a sip of alcohol to help get them off to sleep. I have no evidence to back that up other than hearsay, but it makes sense.

WE were allowed a sip of dad's beer from the ages of 2 to about 5. I didn't get shitfaced until I was 7 and discovered that flagon of port in a wardrobe. My mother told me years later that she was astonished that such a small child could hold so much vomit. Tiger
