Please do tell how exactly you tested your religion. What methods did you use? How did you record your results. What scientific journal were these results published in? Who peer reviewed your experiment?
Oh, good, I'm not the only one who is tired of hearing this vague "I asked, and was given my answer" statement over and over again without any meat to the answer.

I hear this a lot, and I tire of how vague it is.
What questions have you asked, and what were the answers? Be very specific about how you came to those answers. Please list as many of these questions and the answers you were "given" as possible to maximize your chances of establishing credibility.
I'm tired of hearing Christians claiming they've asked questions. Always so very nondescript about it. "I've asked questions." But they never tell us WHAT those questions were or what their answers were. Just vagueries.
So. Please. Demonstrate the questions and answers. After all, if you still hold your faith after doing so for yourself, surely you are confident enough to bare the Q&A to others so that they might see how right you are...right?
Unless, of course, you're wrong...and you realize you might be wrong...which is what I will assume if you refuse to provide anything, which won't really affect me, but it's something you're going to have to square with some day. Like I did. And lo, behold the results...
That is beyond the scope of this thread, I have nothing to prove to you, I am not going to present details of my life to a wolf like you, and I would have to write a volume the size of a book to explain all of what you request in detail. In other words, not right now, and not to you.

It's not unusual for physicians to be creationists. The practice of medicine doesn't require as much grounding in evolutionary biology as medical research does.

Hard to know what to say to that. Science doesn't have a better track record than the Bible? Really?
Do you drive a car? Do you have electricity in your house? Running water? Solar panels? TV? Radio? Microwave Oven? Stereo? Oven? Electric lights? Refrigeration? Air conditioning? A water heater? Mass produced clothing? Windows? A telephone? Internet? A computer? ....
When you go out do you use a car? A motorbike? Do you own a mobile phone? A GPS unit? (one of the few items we use that actively needs Einstein's relativity to work). Can I stop now? I've listed everything I can see from where I am sitting in my living room (except the Wii, DVD player, smart TV, fax, sub-woofer, remote controls, swiss army knife...oh crap).
And lets not talk about what happens when you get ill. Straight off to the local Son of God to get that Demon cast out of you PDQ - so much easier than the whole hospital thing with their x-rays, scanners, monitors, blood testing, pharmaceuticals, surgeries and all the rest of it.
I am an Engineering student, so do tell me more about how I despise Science.

Good for them. Now don't assume all Christians brainwash their children and we'll be square.
I don't assume that. Just because I'm an atheist doesn't mean I agree with what some other atheist said, unless all that atheist said was something to the effect of not believing in God.

Yes you do have something to prove. You said you asked and tested but provide no evidence for this. If you think it is not relevant to this thread, then make another. Not right now and not to you? I'm guessing that means never

I happen to be quite familiar with the field myself. In here (Ontario, Canada), evolutionary biology is prerequisite to med school application. So i'm rather shocked that someone planning to apply would have such an outrageous view on evolution.

I'm glad to contribute snark to a thread already so full of evasive maneuvers by one so skilled as yourself. When you come up with answers we haven't seen a billion times all over the internet, and manage to do so without looking like a bored troll, I'll drop honey instead of vinegar.
Until then, I stand in awe of your patient bullshittery.

So you don't despise science - you just choose to teach your kids from a 3000 year old book instead rather than exposing them to science?
Do try to make at least a modicum of sense.

Lol, I have something to prove to you guys? Really? Alright, here is the deal. When you people publish a tome of the details of your life that lead you to Atheism I will have mine rolling off the presses too. Till then, I refer to my previous response.
