Finally saw Deadpool last night.
Best. Comic book. Movie. EVER!
Thief and assassin for hire. Member in good standing of the Rogues Guild.
"Bad Medicine" american comedy spoofing how backward Mexican healthcare is - what more could you wish for?
teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

I haven't watched a movie in a while, but I've been re-binge-watching The Wire lately.
Watched "TMNT 2: Out of the Shadows" a few days ago... and got my nostalgia fix right at the end:
Watched Sicario on Saturday.
Deeply disturbing movie. Disclaimer: I am only responsible for what I say, not what you choose to understand.
Watched 'Pop Star: Never Stop Stopping' last weekend. Nothing we haven't all seen 100 times in 100 other movies and comedy skits, but surprisingly funny! Not the worst way to kill an hour and a half.
