Rahul...should I answer this fool? Proverbs is giving me the runaround, and I can't seem to get a concise answer on this.
Because you have none.
God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.

Yeah the voices in my head won't agree on a course of action, GC. How do you manage yours?

Who says you get to say who's the fool, your definition and the Biblical one may be quite different.

Who cares about the definition. Let's say God appeared before you and told you I'm a fool. So the uncertainity on if I fit the definition was not in question.
Should you, or should you not, answer the Rahul?

The definition doesn't even matter. The fact is that God himself seems uncertain about whether or not we should answer fools. The verses contradict each other; there is no need to argue about that further. The real question is, how do you compensate for this contradiction?

That's what I said! haha
Ok, you phrased it differently. But that's what I'm saying.

He hasn't answered the question yet, so all we can do is rephrase it till a string of words strike the right chord with him.

Which he'll "cunningly" deflect to avoid answering.
