Who says you get to say who's the fool, your definition and the Biblical one may be quite different.

Who cares about the definition. Let's say God appeared before you and told you I'm a fool. So the uncertainity on if I fit the definition was not in question.

The definition doesn't even matter. The fact is that God himself seems uncertain about whether or not we should answer fools. The verses contradict each other; there is no need to argue about that further. The real question is, how do you compensate for this contradiction?
