I'm well aware of research which indicates sleep deprivation can be detrimental to ones health, I've found nothing to the same note (or any other note to that matter) to the subject of polyphasic sleep. All I have found are wild assumptions that this is either bad or natural with nothing beyond testimonial evidence to support either case. If you've found or are aware of such research, I'd appreciate it if you could draw it to my attention.

I've not started yet. My timetable isn't finalised and I need to be able to schedule things accurately before I begin. It looks like I'll be able to start on Tuesday afternoon.

Actually, I was telling TBF that caffeine pills were health hazards Smile Especially when one is getting off of a coffee addiction Undecided

I don't know anything about health vs polyphasic sleep though, so I am interested in how it turns out for you Smile

Caffine pills are no more hazardous than coffee, and merely replaced coffee for me, because they are way faster than brewing a pot of coffee, and cost less.
Has anyone really been far even as decided to use even go want to do look more like?

I've started drinking black (as in no milk) Espresso Coffee with no sugar. Suddenly developed a huge taste for it a few days ago, before that I couldn't stand it and didn't really even like Coffee or Tea at all. Weird that, but yum.

They are no more a hazard than coffee... but coffee is not so good for you in itself Smile

Meh. Better than smoking, drinking and recreational drugs, all things being equal I mean.

I've only ever been 'tipsy' not proper drunk, never had a hang over. Have like 1 glass or two a week, and I've never smoked or done recreational drugs.

I personally prefer my coffee black, and I make it rather strong, otherwise it tastes like sumpwater.
