Polyphasic Sleep
#41
RE: Polyphasic Sleep
A small setback this morning: while I should have been getting up, I was dreaming that I got up and turned off my alarm clock. Consequently I slept for twice as long as I should have. That's the first time I've dreamt since I started this though. So its not all bad.

Lol ^_^ So what would you say you feel like? Hitting the sack, perfectly fine, never been better? Smile

RE: Polyphasic Sleep
I'm more prone to headaches. I feel drowsy for about 30 minutes after waking up and again an hour before going back to bed. I consistently have heavy eyes and typically am much less alert than usual. I've not felt significantly tired yet and I've not felt better than ever either. Overall I think I'm in a nice middle ground.

RE: Polyphasic Sleep
Im about a week in now and im still having trouble waking up after three hours at 4am. I think my ipod's alarm's duration isnt great enough. From tomorrow, I'll be using an alarm clock for that one
