5 Do not deprive each other of sexual relations, unless you both agree to refrain from sexual intimacy for a limited time so you can give yourselves more completely to prayer. Afterward, you should come together again so that Satan won’t be able to tempt you because of your lack of self-control.

Satan can't tempt my wife when her knees are blocking her ears, so it seems silly to me. And personally I'm too busy saying 'Who's your daddy' to pay him any mind, either.

Kind of hard to have sex when you are genuflexing and your hands are folded together in their upright position. But I suppose where there is a will, there is a way.

I don't think that verse is saying don't have sex while praying. I think it's saying that you have to give it up to your spouse unless you both decide it's time for some prayer.
