Didn't sleep at all last night. Don't know why, I was exhausted. I don't think I would have made the hour drive to school, so I slept in.

DO check the labels on everything you buy.... I was shocked to find out that ketchup is 25% sugar.
But... stuff with sugar is so delicious. 
Yes, it feels good on the short term... But makes your inner workings go bad on the long term.
Avoid it, if you can...if not, go for the option with the least sugar in it.
Examples of food with no added sugar:
Salad (no dressing)
Grilled meat (no sauces)
Grilled, boiled or roasted fish (of course, no sauces)
Rice, potatoes, chickpeas, lentils, beans(no sauce), favs beans.
Veggies in general.
Fruit, when possible with skin.
Today, over lunch I heard a great truth: if you can't cook, you add spices and it all tastes like the same crap. (That was on account of how crappy the food at the cantine is, where I'm working now in the UK, so they tend to make it spicy, which angers those like me who can't handle that shit)

No, it tastes good. It doesn't feel good. Within minutes my mood gets worse. And I am diagnosed with clinical depression.

Un-packing.
Still tryng to un-pop my ears from the plane journey home too. That was by far the nastiest flight I've ever had, crazy frightening turbulence and the plane felt like it was dropping out the sky as we were landing.

Yes, they go for a hard landing under certain circumstances. A pilot told me that. It's for safety reasons, but uninformed it can be quite frightening for the passengers.

It might have been because of the weather. It was so cloudy (yknow, because UK) that it wasn't good conditions.
