I would be happy to talk in person.  I've done skype calls and video chats with several members on here.  Your views on the human race really make me sad.  I'm sorry you feel they way you do, but whether you choose to believe it or not, there are people that care about you.  I'd be happy to speak with you.  If i can give any advice, it's don't isolate yourself.  Engage with people and allow them to slowly get to know you.  No one should ever be lonely.  The reason to engage with people and develop relationships is because we all need somebody, sometime.

Thanks, it makes me happy to see you say that, it's rather reassuring. I don't think it would be worth your time to try to talk with me about this, I already have a psychologist I see twice a week. I just don't really have anything important to focus on, so I guess I get trapped in my isolated apartment perspective. I agree with what the members here said about taking things too personally, sometimes I do read stuff and automatically jump to the conclusion that it's in contempt of me.

Honestly it's easy to feel that way though, I usually do get disrespected whenever I'm online. I'm a person with a lot of advantages in life in terms of my background and upbringing. It makes me really distraught that I don't have a nice job, with nice friends, a loving companion, I feel so unintelligent and stupid. It's really not my place to judge the people of this forum, that would be hypocritical. I do feel depressed when people show me nothing but contempt, I just feel so fed up with this world sometimes.

I don't know about that, while I don't care for his attitude, if he was in some emergency situation I would do everything in my power to help.

You and kingpin are way better people than I am. I have lived through my share of abusive, toxic people and over the years have come to the conclusion that if you give someone who is like this a second chance, they will invariably hurt you again the moment you don't give them what they want. And with this particular person, I just cannot, in good conscience, continue to watch as he cycles so rapidly. In this thread alone, he berates people, wishes harm to them and then apologizes. When he gets ignored, he turns around and starts mocking someone else then has the audacity to say he wasn't? Clearly we have a disturbed person here and I'm not about caving into his Dr. Jekyl/Mr. Hyde routine. 

Have fun with that. I personally can't do it. You and kingpin are too forgiving and too nice. I love you both to pieces and hope you can get through to this person.

So I'm just an abusive toxic person, is that it? You just see me as human garbage, you hold me in contempt. I said like 3 times that I take what people say too personally, but when I see you say things like this, that I am just a loathesum scum of the earth, how am I supposed to feel? A couple quick things.  It's honestly not your call of what I deem worthy of my time.  The offer stands as anyone who feels isolated and distraught is certainly worth my time.  Second, EVERYONE gets disrespected online.  Online, people don't have filters because they don't have to deal with the person face to face.  Many conversations would be completely different if they were being held face to face, consider that.  I've been disrespected by 13 yr old kids from around the globe every time they wiped the floor with me in Halo.  

It's interesting that you equate success/happiness on having a nice job, nice friends and a loving companion.  Who determined that is the definition?  I personally feel that what makes you happy/content/satisifed/fulfilled is what you should be doing.  The rest will come with respectful social interaction.

So last night a drunken man somehow found his way into the fences in back yard. I was just chatting with Evie when I look up and see this man peeing in the middle of the back yard and then he falls over. Apparently he didn't stop peeing when he fell. My sister-in-law got some gloves on and fished his cellphone out of his pocket. She called someone on his contact list and told them what was going on and where they could come get him. Evie and I named him Carl. Poor Carl had a tough night but he was gone this morning.
