we are worthy of each other. he's truly awesome. he moved away for a job a few years ago and so we ended. we eventually lost touch. he came home for the holidays and texted me and my heart fell. and we met up and he told me i was always the one. and he was always the one...if i thought about any one person being the one. anyway. i'm getting married!!
my dad is wealthy and wants this insane lavish wedding...sigh. but, we will see what happens. october 2016 is the potential date.   i wish you could come. (i mean that)

Stayed up way too late reading my book (it's really good!) and didn't want to put it down but I need to go to sleep so I could get up this morning.

Just got into an argument with my coworker about whether Twilight was or wasn't a good book.

Actually, the proper argument is whether "Twilight" is actually a book or just word vomit. I'm going with word vomit.

Just met my son's girlfriend in person for the first time. She flew in from Australia last night. She is very sweet. Too sweet. I want to tell her to run away..far and fast. That's hard for me to say.
I love my son, but I don't like him very much. Does that make sense?

It makes more sense than I like to admit. I've got a kid I feel the same way about right now. Love her to death but really wish she'd grow the fuck up already!

Making display elements for my first craft fair. It's kind of fun: I have a huge roll of cork, so I figured I might as well use it for something. I'm making little cases with it and my staple gun and some white paint. Next up: price tags.

Got home from school about 20 minutes ago. Learned the procedure for a bricklay perm. If it's one curriculum I don't like, it would be this one. Three more weeks to go until the next one, not counting this one.

Today I need to clean up my notes from class. There are 33 pages just from this curriculum alone. Then I need to enter in all the terms and definitions for my test in two weeks. After I'm done all of that, I have to transfer any notes I have on my tablet, to my laptop so I can put them in a word doc. Less than two weeks before we move so I also need to call utility companies and the internet company so they can all have services active by the time we move. Fun stuff today! Going to try and squeeze in a nap as well. I've been up since about 4am.

Future proof your work. Why go through the trouble of using Word, a M$ product?
Use plain text files in notepad (or the better notepad++) - faster opening times, easier to read, smaller files, less chance of writing problems.
Plain text has the awesome advantage of being openable everywhere! Really, everywhere! Windows, Macs, linux, Unix, Solaris, VxWorks, android, iOS, etc.... even some calculators, nowadays!
