You see this ALL the time, it's a phenomenon. I'm not even Asian, but it bothers me when I see it. Call out white gays for it though, they go OFF, "oh shut up, it's just a preference!".

My viewpoint: if you have a strong preference, state what you do want, not what you don't. The latter is just classless and rude - at best.
