RE: What's everyone up to right now?

Just finished work.
Reversing out of a client's driveway I scraped the side of the van.
Just filled in an incident report on my work ipad.
Feel embarrassed and sick in the guts about it.

So, my grandfather died yesterday. He had Parkinson's and suffered for years, so all I feel is relief, for him. He wanted out, you could tell. But that does mean for the whole day we've had around 50 people descending onto the house and crying. I think I have some sort of anxiety, I get so nervous and stressed when people cry around me. It's not natural. I had to get out of the house after a while. :/
The word bed actually looks like a bed.

Sorry for your loss. Even when expected, it's painful.

Listening to classical music and the midday news. Waiting for Meals-on-wheels delivery. Today is sloppy joes, which is probably my favorite Meals-on-wheels meal. I miss sloppy joes since losing my fingers as they're too much trouble to cook, and restaurants in general don't offer them.

I had to look up sloppy joes.
We call them mince burgers and I used to have them at school.
You can't buy them at shops here either, not that I've seen.
I used to work for meals on wheels.
650 hours of community service.
Figured I could get away with not finishing the last 4hr shift.
Nope, got arrested and hand cuffed at a traffic stop.
Then got given another 50 hrs which I served at a cemetery whipper snippering.

Day three of my no bread, sugar, milk or processed food diet.
I actually feel healthier already.
I found this snack called quinoa crackers and it tastes much better than I thought it would.
I'm really happy about that, it's the highlight of my day.
