Stayed up really late reading "Tales from Margaritaville". Overslept big time. Now listening to "Pastorale" Symph. No. 6, which I apparently had on all night. I don't really remember last night's dreams, but I know I had some. Not sure if the music figured into that, since I failed to notice it enough to turn it off last night before bed.

I fucked up my SI joint yesterday and it still feels like I have a knife shoved into my spine today.  

It hurts to bend over, cross my legs, get into or out of my car, stand up, sit down, lay down, the process of moving between those positions hurts, but what really kills is holding myself above the seat of my chair with my arms and just let gravity stretch my spine...  If I could do it for like an hour I'm sure it'd feel good, but right now it kills.

Not sure whether I'll make it to the gym tonight or not.  I'm thinking not, but I'm also thinking they there is some playground equipment I could dangle from to stretch my back out...

Trying to reapply for healthcare. In Oregon.

now I know it is my fault for misplacing the original paper application I got in the mail, or maybe one of my kids did. It is also my own fault for putting it off. I meant to get to it in the last couple of weeks, and actually worked on getting the information together but shit happened and I haven't been able to actually get the application done. The wifi in my house is spotty so I am at CD's with the nice high speed stuff and I'm still running into speed bumps. I am on hold right now to talk to someone. They said there was 57 callers ahead of me. LOL




Trying to keep a sense of humor, so I don't freak out.

The ironic thing is that my best friend just had back surgery for the second time a couple weeks ago after herniating a disc bending over to pick up a piece of paper.

They said my wait would be 12 minutes. So yay! 10 minutes in, someone comes on, she gets my stats and why I am calling. "We can totally give an extension, and you can renew over the phone. ... ok, extension is in. Can I put you on hold? "Sure!" I say.



Been on the phone for 1 hour and 9 minutes as of right now.

But, I am not freaking out anymore, cuz it looks like everything is gonna be fine, don't have to get ready for work for a few hours.
