Should be a battery trouble... Try to make it run for at least 15 minutes each time you use it, so the alternator can charge the battery that got drained by the last start-up.
Also... a new alternator would cost... upwards of $300. Way too much for your finances, apparently and way too much for a 5 year old car!

And the battery... $140?! Damn! Is that a truck battery? Or Mercedes?
I took a look at prices around here and got 52€ for a 44Ah battery, 80€ for a 72Ah and 108€ for a 95Ah...
The 'Ah' means Amp-hour and is a measure of the capacity of the battery.

Car batteries here are expensive. I paid upwards of $100 for mine when I drove a pos car year 2000

I just recently found out I had a buddy request from Napo from I don't know how long ago so be glad that I got an alert that you just sent me one or it mighta been months or years before I discovered it at all! And i only discovered Napo's request because I was putting someone on my ignore list... Rolleyes

I'm still not clear about what exactly the buddy list does. To my knowledge, no one on my buddy list has kudos'd me since becoming "buddies" so my hypothesis that it gives you 10 times the number of kudos has yet to be tested...
