Dutch shepherd rescue went south. Turns out it came from an police/security dog puppy mill. Was deemed not aggressive enough at 4 months old and sold as a pet. Turned into the humane society from the buyer for being to aggressive. During the eval it tried to bite the staff. So sad.
Being told you're delusional does not necessarily mean you're mental.

LOL, it's hardly on Boardwalk or Park Place. More like Baltic Avenue. It's a bit rough. It's a former rental currently owned by my mother - who is old enough that she wants to get out of the landlord business - this house would not be my first choice, but she's carrying a contract for me and the terms are very good. The market here is red hot, and I don't want to be on the sidelines pissing rent to some urinal of a management company. In four or so years when my kid is an adult (and the whopper of a child support agreement goes away) I'll probably keep it as a rental and buy something better suited to my rockstar lifestyle (*).

(*) I don't actually live a rockstar lifestyle.
