The hospital treatment isn't too bad. It's my depression, it's crept up on me again. I didn't see it coming until yesterday. Now it's got it's claws into me. It's the most frustrating kind, when I'm not depressed about anything in particular. All I can do is wait it out.

I mean, I do feel rather useless as a whole. I've been ill for such a long time and unable to work. Even unable to socialise very much without getting totally tired out. I feel more of a burden than a benefit to my wife. But I know she doesn't view it that way, it's my depression twisting my thoughts. Fucking bastard it is. My wife's taken the doggy to the vet, she should be back soon to give me a much needed hug.

Thanks again guys, it really does help knowing you're all here for me It helps me keep on battling. I wish you were all round my house!
