Yeah, I've had excellent treatment and I've had terrible. But I'd be utterly screwed without it so I'm very thankful for it. I've found the right place now, hopefully.

Got a new front door at last. Chris and John, the two on-site handymen, arrived at about quarter to ten this morning and they just left. They had some chuckles over the work of the bloke who patched up the old door, the way he used a total of five screws to fasten three hinges etc. Also they had the courtesy put down a dust sheet and clean up afterwards; something that I had to do myself last time.
Part of what took so long is that they had to replace part of the frame as well. When the cops smashed their way in, they also tried to go through the frame apparently.
Anyway, now I have a brand new top lock and a new security lock at the bottom. I don't have to bolster the door with my exercise bike to feel safe at home anymore.
I've also got a new door closer arm which is coming straight off first chance I get. I ripped the last git straight off the frame. Bloody nuisance nonsense.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'

My phone's external speaker is fucked up. I cannot find anywhere in the menu how to stop the vibration of the keys when I type. It's getting extremely annoying. I'm ready to throw the damn thing out the window.

You might be able to find the manual for your phone online in PDF form if you don't have it to hand.
