I'm a little irritated that no one comments on my HOA board meeting agendas. I only update them to current topics of discussion about a week out from the meeting but in the meantime I put a meme-placeholder as the pending agenda and I'm pretty sure no one checks it.
I've had some good ones up there this year, too.
Also, my treatment advent calendar is winning so hard right now.

First day at the new job went well. Looking forward to the interview I have scheduled on the first though. $36,520/year is a tough pay cut to swallow! Especially moving to exempt status from non-exempt.

If your new company has a decent bone in its body, they will at least pay you for the work over 40 hours, even if it is straight time, like my company. I worked
hundreds of free hours for my old company. I had this idea that that sacrifice would get me promoted and a raise.
Don't ever work for free with an expectation of remuneration for it, at the end.
