Monday morning... my PM is still out today but I have to go through my list and make sure everything is all caught up before she comes back, and I have to write up my HOA meeting minutes. Sad

And I have a client who wants drawings without signing a contract.  Like "Oh, but can't you just?"  No.  We need to get paid for the work we do here; it's a business not a charity.

So I had to rearrange my living room. The Xfinity guy is coming between 2 and 4 hours from now and I was trying to find the cable outlet. Turns out it was behind the tv all along!

Now that I'm all tired from that, I think it's time for me to sit down and do a breathing treatment and get some water in me.
