Just got back from the Symphony -- with the brochure for next season. Much *squee*ing was done as I sat at the dining room table and picked out mass quantities of shows -- among other things, Holst's The Planets, Stravinsky's The Rite of Spring, even a showing of Casablanca with live music. Happy place achieved.
Eating chili dogs, watching football documentaries, and reading about internet kooks.

Hacked out a hole in the hallway wall in preparation for replacing the shower transfer valve in the front bathroom. The old one went toes up. Got all the goodies, went home and couldn't find the head for my propane torch anywhere.
I suspect it inadvertently got put in the storage locker when I moved another batch of boxes to it. My son picked up a new one, so we'll get it done Monday. Picked up a new faucet for the same bathroom so that the fixtures match.
