Im chilling by myself in a bar in spain. Im in the middle of a 1000 kilometer long bike tour, a little more than half way through, drinking beer and taking an early break in the day.

Beer can be dehydrating. Make certain to stay hydrated with water while riding the bike.

I've heard foreigners comment that 'Muricans water down their lager, but I haven't heard anything about Spanish beer.
