Pretty much immersed in house hunting and work. The hobo wagon finally has broadband internet. Yay Netflix. We've changed gears on the hunt, we came to the inescapable conclusion that we need a single level home with a bigger yard than what's found in newer construction. We're considering buying something for a complete or partial remodel now. There just aren't many single level homes with yards that are aren't very outdated in our price range. I found a few neat bargain properties in need of renovation that have a lot of work priced in. I'm fairly excited to see what potential there is when we do a marathon property tour on Friday.
