And the honeymoon phase with the sitar picks was remarkably short, since I actually have the time to wear. Them for more than a few secconds. Maybe if my fingers weren’t so big. That said, I think the strap locks I got might also be the right size for Uke picks.

Our plague of frogs (toads actually) continues.  I just found one in the bathroom.  Glad I found it before the cat or one of the dogs did.  Scooped it up with a TP roll and set it free outside.

Played hooky from work, ran some shit to the dump, had a crew come out to clean up our yard after seven months of neglect/absence, now going camping with friends for the weekend.

Finished applying a lacquer finish to six totes that I built to hold my wood stuff. When I was drilling the holes for the handles, I drilled a pair of holes way high, because I was talking to my son and only paying attention to not drilling into my fingers.   Where the handle is located is a minor detail, but it's pretty annoying that the one tote has extra holes above the handle that are visible. My perfection card has yet another corner trimmed off. Two more times and I have to get retreaded.

Back from vacation! Just got back last night. Now work starts back next week... bleh. lol. I don't mind too much, I guess. Though summer was extra short this year because we had to extend the year due to COVID19.
