Smoking a bowl as I wait on my bacon cheeseburger meatloaf to finish up. It weighs about 6lbs. When my wife sees this hoss pulled from the oven she'll have a heart attack. Or maybe after she eats. Either is fine with me.

Chicken enchiladas, rice, and tequila. I should be boning up on my new responsibilities, but I'll likely spend a few hours configuring the new workstation install, then chill a few before I crash into the covers. This should improve my workaday efficiency considerably, and seeing as I may end up getting rather drunk along the way, it's probably not the best time to study.

Recovering from a scare of Hitchcockian proportions. I was watering an eye level hanging flower basket in the dark when suddenly a bedded sparrow bum rushed my head. Cheeky lil prick.

I think the neighbor next door was on the phone outside. I heard her say something about there must be a girl practicing her screaming for Holloween.
