Moving my Dad out of an assisted living home, back to his home at the beach. He hasn't been home since he suffered congestive heart failure on July 2nd.

Just got off the phone with one of my boys. He's got a sheet of some funny colored paper squares (if you catch my drift). We are gonna trip out and go long boarding in parking garages in Boston. Now I must anxiously wait to get outta work...

Speaking of beer, I need to make a run. I don't cook sober...cuz the wife will come to expect it. Screw that idea.
My cellphone company (small one from our area) is giving me internet service, yet no calls or texts. Why? I called, but they don't see what the problem is and suggest I wait it out. Rawr! My fault for using their service.
Craving choco krispies.
Pointing around: "Fuck you, fuck you, fuck you, you're cool, fuck you, I'm out!"

Testing my txt service now.
Cinnamon flavored whisky and spring water. Manic symptoms have sufficiently passed that I can inhibit my fat mouth again. *whirliez* Busy day. Went to my UU church service for probably the first time in two years, found out that I don't have strep throat (bonus), and got a trim I've been putting off for a few weeks. Also, the cellular guy at Target told me about Virgin mobile, data-only, no-contract cellular wifi hotspot devices. MINE! MINE! GIMME! *nabz0rs* Home again. I love to be home. His tonsils got to the size of grapes (touching tonsils), poor guy. The Navy doctors were dragging their feet, telling me that it was normal. I went to a civilian for a second opinion, and he told me to go back to the Navy docs and describe the signs of sleep apnea...two weeks later...voila! Tonsillectomy! His speech and sleep progress shot through the roof. And that's how you change the subject!
awww Texas Sailor has a son? I bet he's a cute lil huckleberry
If I were to create self aware beings knowing fully what they would do in their lifetimes, I sure wouldn't create a HELL for the majority of them to live in infinitely! That's not Love, that's sadistic. Therefore a truly loving god does not exist!
Quote:The sin is against an infinite being (God) unforgiven infinitely, therefore the punishment is infinite. Dead wrong. The actions of a finite being measured against an infinite one are infinitesimal and therefore merit infinitesimal punishment. Quote:Some people deserve hell. I say again: No exceptions. Punishment should be equal to the crime, not in excess of it. As soon as the punishment is greater than the crime, the punisher is in the wrong. |
