Atheists and Agnostics risk infinite loss for no gain
RE: Atheists and Agnostics risk infinite loss for no gain
"As to wrath, remember God is in charge and although He does allow free will, God can certainly punish evil and can curtail its spread."

Apparently not. Even though he flooded the earth to kill everyone except one family (genetics problem anyone?) evil is apparently still here and flourishing.

But it does make sense to investigate if God exists.

That is the point of my use of Pascal's wager.

I will state an argument for the God of the Holy Bible.

Some atheists and agnostics do believe for real in Jesus Christ.

Sooooooo..... I assume then you did a thorough investigation of all the gods before you decided which one was right???

Would you care to walk us throught the criteria you used to do so.

Or did mommy and daddy plunk your little diapered butt down on the conveyor belt pointed to christian indoctrination.

So here you are today just another bible thumping wind up toy who tumbled ass backwards out of your jesus freak bubble into an atheist website with your audio set on a never ending loop of tired christian propaganda/arguments.

You start one thread, get bitch slapped by members like Esquilax and then go start another thread.

I won't be holding my breath for that criteria.

That is coming later.

Step 1 - show that God exists.
Step 2 - which God

When I was young, there was a god with infinite power protecting me. Is there anyone else who felt that way? And was sure about it? but the first time I fell in love, I was thrown down - or maybe I broke free - and I bade farewell to God and became human. Now I don't have God's protection, and I walk on the ground without wings, but I don't regret this hardship. I want to live as a person. -Arina Tanemura

Step one failed in the other thread. SavedbygracethruFaith is now just a troll.

At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist.  This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair.  Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second.  That means there's a situation vacant.'

Years ago, when William the Welsh Springer I spoke of elsewhere was a pup, he used to go mental over his squeaky toy. On one delightful occasion he was having a rare old time rolling about the floor with it and squeaking like mad. Eventually he got tired and walked off for a rest. Whereupon his elder, Ben (a labrador cross), who had been lying there observing all this time, simply stood up, walked over to the toy, trod on it once to squeak it, then walked back to lie down again. Instantly William was set off again for another hour...
