1) Being pro-life does not mean you want to ban abortion.
2) Being pro-life for me means accepting that human embryos are humans, and have a right to life just as everyone else. There are some instances where the rights of the mother outweighs that of the child. There are some instances where the reverse is true.
3) It's ultimately not about what people want, it's about life and death. I don't think anyone (male or female) should be able to end a life just because they don't want a child that has already been created.
My interest is only in morality here. I cannot comprehend how it is considered immoral for one to kill a child after it has left the womb, but not before. That is as far as the issue goes for me. For me to become "pro-choice", all you would have to do is demonstrate a sound moral argument for why it is ok to kill humans in the womb (regardless of the situation).
FYI, if men were the ones carrying children, I'd feel the same way. This has zero to do with sex / gender, hence why I don't think you'll find any of my views misogynistic.

I haven't really thought it through enough to know whether I agree that everyone who is against abortion must be misogynous. However I can't think of any way of legislating the options of those who become pregnant in any way which would not be unacceptably intrusive. Women become pregnant as a result of the sexual behavior of men and women. Since all the consequences of that behavior accrue to just one sex I can't help but feel the need to shut the fuck up about what women should do when they find themselves with a pregnancy they do not wish to carry to term.
