Since jiin are so obviously real, you would think there would be at least one peer-reviewed paper about them. Maybe an experiment or two when they summon them.

You can see and meet jinn without summoning if you go to an area where they are
They're not exclusively met by summoning. They live in places that are not very populated.
They're not fervent Muslims, killing innocent people is not in Islam

No I haven't met one myself but family members in home countries ( outside of US ) have and I actually do have proof of a certain situation that is on going that I can't speak of at the moment. I'm not gonna lie and make one up either

1) We do know that time does not exist outside of the universe. That is pretty much common knowledge. If you do not know this, I suggest you research it.
2) Those passages you quoted from the Koran were not written by Allah. They were written by a fallible human being pretending to speak for a God.
3) How do you know the only being outside of the universe is Allah? You cannot see or hear Allah, so how do you know he (assuming Allah is a man) lives there?
4) Let us say Allah really does exist. Why did Allah create the universe and then leave it for something like 4.5 billion years and then let humans evolve?
5) If Allah is not the one true god, then you and me both are in LOADS of trouble. People have been conjuring up gods for centuries now, so which is the one true supreme lord? For all we know, God could be Bozo the Clown or the Cheshire Cat from Alice in Wonderland. Looks like I might be seeing you in hell.

I didn't say Allah is outside of the universe. I said He is outside of time. Allah is everywhere in the universe. No place is unseen by Him.
If you want to worship the cheshire cat you can go ahead and do so. 4.5 billion years or however old the universe is because there is no actual fact, only guesstimate, is nothing to Allah. It is small.

Space and time are connected. If your gawd is outside of time, he must also be outside of space. Space and time comprise the universe as we know it. So, outside of the universe is the only place that kind of almost could make a little pinch of "sense" for your deity to reside judging by your words.

There is no "must" with God. Second, space and time are two completely separate things. He is outside of time and space, it doesn't bound him. He is everywhere in the universe though.
