I'm always amazed that all these Muslims come in here and tell us all how Islam is gods real religion. I'm guessing they don't pay attention to current events, do they? Truth is, the predominantly Muslim parts of the world are filled with warmongers for leaders, technologically they're 50 years behind the industrialized world and they have almost no political influence on anyone. You'd think if god really liked Islam, they would be of more significance than as terrorists.

It's not permissible for a married women to deny her husband sex, but it's also not permissible for the man to rape that women. It's indeed a despicable and heinous crime.
Indeed Allah's wrath will be upon that person who rapes married or not. It's reprehensible but not rape. Because the wife and husband understand sex is a part of their marriage. Many scholars believe that the man should face some punishment and apologize.

While I have stated it is unethical and against Islam to do so. The majority of the Muslims are not in the best of places mentally or technologically wise, that doesn't mean Allah is going to put Muslims among the highest positions in the world. Though a few hundred years ago they were

So its wrong for a married woman to deny sex to her husband, but it is also wrong for the husband to rape her. So where do you go from there?
What happens when women denies sex to her husband? Is raping her, the lesser of two evils?
And where exactly does it state that in marriage, you have to have sex?

In marriage there's no "I'm not in the mood"
The marriages purpose is to be married and the things that entail that. Is it permissible for the man to forcefully have sex with the woman and hurt her. No it's not. But that's not considered rape. It's reprehensible
