The problem is that your question presupposes (with no justification) that the God of scripture is to be given preference when considering possible evidence for the existence of a deity. This is silly. In fact, if all the philosophical and scientiific arguments for God's existence were valid, sound and incontestable, they would be far more suitable for inferring the existence of a Deistic god, as there is no possible argument to makke the philosophical arguments support any single god in particular and it alone.

1. The difference between science and religion is that science allows for "we don't know" and does not claim to yet have all the answers. You shouldn't turn to religion just because you think you've found a hole in science. You can't find God in the gaps between knowledge. You don't know the reason for bunions either. But that doesn't lead you to the conclusion God makes them happen.
2. There was no "before" the big bang. Time is part of the universe and inexorably tied up with space. "Before" the big bang there was no space for time to exist in. Asking what was before the big bang is like asking what's the bit before the beginning of a circle. The circle, like time, is complete. 3. Good luck with herself.
