Does Satan work for God?

Satan won the War in Heaven, then rewrote the Book to make himself the good guy. Happens all the time. The amusing point is that people who worship God are really worshipping Satan.

Satan runs hell like a sort of roller disco cafe. Basically if you reject christianity/god you've got to listen to rockabilly and eat fries, FOREVER.

Now I'm really confused. Is there any torture in Hell (other than the heat) or not? If so - who's doing it?

You should read the Bible the answers are there. There is no torture in hell, not one place in scripture mentions the word torture. People who are in hell will have a body of flesh, we know this because all will be raised to life from the grave, the unforgiven will be in hell and the forgiven in Christ through the grace of God will be in heaven.
Those in hell will not be burning with fire, hell is a dark place. The torment of each person will be by that person, God is going to allow each person their full rage of hate against Him, each person will be consumed by hate and the despair it brings to each one. The more one hated God in this life the more hate that person will suffer in hell, so there will be different levels of torment for each person according to the way they lived their lives against God. This is the answer to the age old question, will people suffer different levels of punishment, yes and by their own self. A person will hear the torment of others as they cry out against God, people will not see each other in hell only hear the insanely awful sounds of complete misery of others, this will be the equal punishment of hell for disobedience against the Creator who offered equal salvation for all. Everyone in hell and in heaven will know exactly why those in hell are there and they will know justice was served properly and without fault. Those in hell will wish for the torment of the flames, it would been an easier punishment, if you know someone who lives life with hate just observe their displeasure with life and the agony hate brings to them, multiply that by eternity and examine the horror one will put themselves through, yes the punishment that a person receives in hell is self inflicted.

No one. It's the place itself that's doing the torturing.

Don't no about that. The wicked place themselves outside the goodness of God. Where good is rejected evil prevails. The torture comes from treating everyone around you poorly and vice versus.

What is someone doesn't hate god? What if they just don't believe he is real?

There are a lot of non believers that are not haters.

They will be judged or put through the same process we all will and Christ will decide what they really feel.
