What is the origin of the universe and man? ----> dunno, no one told me

What is the purpose of mankind? ----> to fuck and shit and eat and fart, then squirt out babies and do it all again.

Origin of universe: read a cosmology/astrophysics book to find out how the world as we observe it arose from very simple beginnings. find an occupation you like and do it. Find people you like and do them... I mean be friends with them

Another loaded question. Evil is a human concept which is not a fundamental property of the world. Natural disasters happen not because of evil. The world is mostly hostile to life because it is not designed for life.

What is the origin of the universe and man?

That's two questions with radically different answers and your best bet to get a handle on them is to find out what scientists in the relevant fields have to say on the subject.

We determine our own purpose.

The dictionary definition of satisfaction answers both of these questions: fulfillment of one's wishes, expectations, or needs, or the pleasure derived from this.

It's silly to think there could be some sort of one-size-fits-all solution to the myriad of problems people face. The solution to a problem is whatever overcomes that particular problem.

What's good for us as human beings is right, and what's bad for us is wrong. It's not absolute, but it's not entirely subjective either.

It's never right to use living human infants as hockey pucks just for the fun of it.

'Atheism' isn't something that does stuff with things. I suppose what a lot of atheists do with the person of Jesus is wonder what all the fuss is about.
